缺氧性缺氧对人前庭眼震的影响

摘    要:笔者测定了24名健康男性学员吸11%低氧混合气20 min前后前庭眼震各项参数。结果显示在缺氧状态下人的前庭眼震参数的变化是慢相速度(SPV)、快相速度(FPV)和增益降低,优势偏向比(DP%)明显增大。表明在缺氧性缺氧状态下前庭功能稳定性下降,两侧前庭功能不对称性增加。

Abstract:Twenty-four healthy boy students volunteered to undergo hypoxic hypoxia by inhaling 11% low oxygen gas mixture for 20 min. Parameters of vestibu-lar nystagmus were measured before and after hypoxic hypoxia exposure. Compared with the initial values,slow phase velocity (SPV),fast phase velocity (FPV) and gain decreased after hypoxic hypoxia exposure. The values of all DP parameters increased significantly. The stability of vestibular function decreased and the imbalance increased under the condition of hypoxic hypoxia.
