| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性脑血管病患者血液流变学变化及临床意义。方法对90例脑梗死患者、78例脑出血患者和100例正常对照者测定血液流变学指标并作相关分析。结果脑梗死组和脑出血组血液流变学指标均显著高于正常对照组。结论急性脑血管病患者广泛存在着血液流变学异常。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the changes of hemorheology in patients with acute cerebrovacular diseases(ACD) and their clinical significance.Methods We measured and studied the parameters of hemorheology in 90 patients with cerebral infarction and 78 patients with cerebral hemorrhage, 100 healthy as a control group.Results The parameters of hemorheology in the cerebral infarction group and cerebral hemorrhage group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The abnormal variations of hemorheoglgy existed widely in the patients with ACD. |
