眼内容除去牙托粉球填充术的临床研究

摘    要:目的观察眼内容除去术同期巩膜腔内牙托粉球(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,以后简称聚甲)填充术的效果。方法对1997年1月至2004年12月期间我科住院的备行眼球摘除的30例病人进行眼内容除去同期原巩膜腔内聚甲填充术。同时与同期间我科住院行眼球摘除的15例病人进行异体巩膜包裹羟基磷灰石(以后简称羟基)眼内填充术进行比较。结果聚甲组患者术后义眼活动自如,改善了眼窝塌陷外观,随访6个月~7年,未见填充球脱落、移位及眼眶炎症反应。结论聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯可应用于眼内填充。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of polymethylmethacrylate same term original the sclera-encapsulated implant after evisceration.Methods 30 ophthalmic patients were going to be extirpate eyeball were implanted same term polymethylmethacrylate in the original scleraencapsulated after evisceration(be called polymer for short later) during from Jan,1997 to Dec,2004,meanwhile,15 patients were implanted hydroxyphosphorite in the rariant sclera-encapsulated after evisceration,the results were compared.Results All sockets of polymer patients have been corrected very well and the prosthetic mobility and the cosmetic appearance are excellent.After a follow-up to 6 months to 7 years,no migration or extrusion of the implant or infection occurred.Conclusions Polymethylmethacrylate is wide-spread applied to intraocular implantation.
