摘    要:目的:研究千层塔(Huperzia serrata)化学成分。方法:采用柱层析方法分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:分离鉴定了1个黄酮苷为5,5′-dihydroxy-2′,4′–dimethoxy-flavone-7-O-β-D-(6″-O-Z-p-coumaroyl)-glu-copyranoside(1)。结论:化合物1为新化合物。

Abstract:AIM: To investigate the chemical constituents in the plant of Huperzia serrata in order to find new compounds or effective components.METHODS: Compounds were isolated over macroporous resin D l01 and silica gel column.The structure was elucidated on the basis,of spectral data.RESULTS: A flavone glycoside was isolated and identified as 5,5'-dihydroxy-2',4'- dimethoxy-flavone-7-O-β-D-(6"-O-Z-p-coumaroyl)-glucopyranoside (1).CONCLUSION: Compound 1 is a new flavone glycoside.KEY WORDS] Huperzia serrata; Flavone glycoside; 5,5'-dihydroxy-2',4'-dimethoxyflavone-7-O-β-D-(6"-O-Z-p-coumaroyl)-glucopyranosideCLC Number] R284.1Document code] A
