摘    要:利用高速逆流色谱技术,一次进柱过程即可从延胡索粗提物中分离到活性成分延胡索乙素.两相溶剂系统用石油醚-乙酸乙酯-甲醇-水四元系统,上相为固定相,下相为流动相,转速为850r/min,流速为1.2ml/min.通过EI-MS和1H-NMR鉴定,基本确认了其化学结构.经HPLC分析,纯度达96.4%.

Abstract:The active components of dl-tetarohydropalmatine can be separated from the crude extract of corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang in the process of one-step elution by the technology of high-speed countercurrent chromatography.The binary system of its solvents consists of petroleum ether-ethyl acetate-methanol-the quarternary system of water with the stationary phase as its upper layer and the mobile phase as its lower layer,850r/min as the operational speed of the instrument used and 1.2ml/min as the flow speed of the solvents.The chemical structure of the separated dl-tetrahy dropalmatine is confirrnned through the identification of EI-MS and IH-NMR and its purity reaches 96.4% by HPLC analysis.
