摘    要:本研究的目的是为了观察低浓度氟钼酸铵对变形链球菌糖代谢产酸的作用。本研究采用厌氧菌的连续培养技术,以ΔpH表示培养液中有机酸总量的变化,以气相色谱法检测培养液中各种有机酸含量。结果显示:0.001%浓度的氟钼酸铵可使变形链球菌的产酸量和培养液的总酸量减少,且其作用随浓度升高而增强。结果提示低浓度氟钼酸铵通过抑制变形链球菌的糖代谢产酸来降低变形链球菌的致龋力。

Abstract:The continuous incubation technique of anaerobic bactetia was used. pH value and the organic acid were detected by Acidity Meter and Gas Chromatography (GC). The result revealed that the pH became less and the organic acid reduced obviously at the 0. 001% FAM and the change becane more obvious companied with the rising of FAM concentration. FAM inhibited the acid production of S. mutans,and weakened the cariogenic activity of S. mutans.
