新血府逐瘀汤对高血压大鼠血管重塑的影响

摘    要:目的观察新血府逐瘀汤对高血压大鼠血管重塑的影响及其机制。方法建立单纯收缩期型高血压(WVK)大鼠模型,32只雄性模型大鼠随机分为新血府逐瘀汤组、卡托普利组、新血府逐瘀汤+卡托普利组(两药联用组)、模型对照组,每组8只,分别给予相应药物及蒸馏水灌胃,每天1次;另选8只同源Wistar雄性大鼠做空白对照组。干预8周后,测各组大鼠血清一氧化氮(NO)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、左心室质量指数(LVWI)、胸主动脉中膜厚度及收缩压。结果与空白对照组比较,模型对照组收缩压升高,NO含量下降,AngⅡ、LVWI及胸主动脉中膜厚度升高,差异有显著性(F=6.755~141.017,P〈0.01)。与模型对照组比较,各治疗组收缩压下降,血清NO含量升高,AngⅡ、LVWI及胸主动脉中膜厚度均降低,差异有显著性(P〈0.05、0.01)。结论新血府逐瘀汤可改善高血压大鼠血管重塑相关指标。

EFFECT OF MODIFIED XUEFUZHUYU DECOCTION ON VASCULAR REMOLDING IN HYPERTENSIVE RAT

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of modified Xuefuzhuyu decoction(XD) on vascular remolding in hypertensive rat. Methods A systolic hypertension model was created in 32 rats,which were evenly randomized to XD,Captopril,XD-plus-Captopril,and model control groups,and were intragastrically offered drugs and distilled water,accordingly,once a day.Another eight congeneric male Wistar rats were served as blank controls.After eight weeks of intervention,serum nitric oxide,angiotensinⅡ,left ventricular mass index(LVWI),the thickness of thoracic aortic tunica media(TTATM) and systolic pressure were detected. Results Compared with the blank control,the systolic pressure elevated,NO lowered,AngⅡrose,LVWI and TTATM increased in the model control,differences between the two groups being significant(F=6.755-141.017,P〈0.01).Compared with the model control,the systolic pressure in each treatment group declined,serum NO elevated,AngⅡ,LVWI and TTATM were all lowered,showing significant differences among them(P〈0.05,0.01). Conclusion Modified XD can improve the indexes related to vascular remodeling in rats with hypertension.
