摘    要:目的探讨甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)癌旁组织Ras及钠碘同向转运体(NIS)蛋白的表达及意义。方法收集2008年1月1日-2011年12月1日我院病理科PTC石蜡包埋切块62例,其中PTC癌旁组织为正常甲状腺组织者34例(G正常组),癌旁组织为结节性甲状腺肿组织者28例(G结甲组)。采用免疫组化方法检测两组癌旁组织中Ras及NIS蛋白表达,结果以免疫组化评分(IHS)表示。结果Ras蛋白在G正常组和G结甲组IHS得分分别为(5.65±3.45)和(4.52±2.28)分,两组比较无统计学差异(t=0.192,P〉0.05);NIS蛋白在G正常组和G结甲组IHS得分分别为(7.78±3.97)和(4.93±2.05)分,两组比较差异有显著性(t=2.128,P%0.05)。结论伴有不同周围组织背景的PTC在术后清甲治疗中对放射碘治疗敏感性可能有所不同,伴有结节性甲状腺肿的PTC病人清甲治疗效果相对较差。

Ras AND NIS EXPRESSION IN PARANEOPLASTIC TISSUES OF PAPILLARY THYROID CANCER

Abstract:Objective To investigate Ras and NIS expression in paraneoplastic tissues of papillary thyroid cancer (PTC). Methods Sixty-two PTC paraffin imbedding samples in patients treated durning 2008.01.01 2011. 12.01 in our hospital were collected, of which,34 with normal paraneoplastic tissues (simplified as Gnormal), and 28 with nodular goiter tissues (simplified as Gng). Immunohistochemistry (IH) was used to analyse the expressions of Ras and NIS in the two groups, the result was indica- ted as IH score. Results The IH scores in Gnormal and Gng were 5. 65±3.45 and 4.52±2. 28 points, respectively, with no statistical difference between them (t=0. 192, P〉0.05). The IH scores of NIS expression in Gnormal and Gng were 7.78±3.97 and 4.93±2.05 points, respectively, the difference between the two groups was significant (t=2.128, P〈0.05), Conclusion PTC patientS with different surrounding tissues show different sensitivity to subsequent radioactive iodine therapy, for those with surrounding nodular goiter, the efficacy is relatively poor.
