宫颈浸润性鳞癌病人肾上腺髓质素的表达及意义

目的探讨宫颈浸润性鳞癌病人肾上腺髓质素（ADM）的表达及意义。方法应用特异性放射免疫法测定38例宫颈浸润性鳞癌病人血浆ADM水平,应用免疫组化染色测定肿瘤组织ADM表达及微血管密度（MVD）,并与35例健康者进行比较。结果宫颈浸润性鳞癌病人血浆及鳞癌组织ADM水平均明显高于健康者（t=47.03,t′=18.21,P〈0.01）,且宫颈浸润性鳞癌组织中ADM表达与MVD呈正相关（rs=0.723,P〈0.01）。结论血中ADM高表达可能与宫颈浸润性鳞癌有关,可作为判断宫颈浸润性鳞癌预后的辅助指标;阻断ADM作用途径可能是治疗宫颈浸润性鳞癌的一个新靶点。

THE EXPRESSION OF ADRENOMEDULLIN AND ITS SIGNIFICANCE IN PATIENTS WITH CERVICAL INVASIVE SQUAMOUS CELL CARCINOMA

Objective To investigate the expression of adrenomedullin （ADM） and its significance in patients with cervi- cal invasive squamous cell carcinoma （ISCC）. Methods The plasma ADM in 38 patients with cervical ISCC was detected by using immunoradiometric assay, its expression and microvessel density （MVD） was measured by immunohistochemical staining method and the results were compared with 35 healthy individuals. Results The levels of ADM in plasma and in tissue of the cancer were significantly higher than that in healthy individuals （t= 47.03, t＇= 18.21;P〈0.01）, ADM was positively correlated with MVD in tissue of cervical ISCC （r,=0. 723, P〈0.01）. Conclusion The expression of ADM is probably associated with cervical ISCC, which can be used as a helpful parameter to predict the prognosis of this cancer. Blocking the path of action of ADM is likely to become a new target point for the therapy of this malignancy.
