外固定支架在治疗老年股骨转子间骨折患者中的临床效果

目的:观察外固定支架治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的临床效果.方法:对我院2009年1月～2010年6月收治的25例70岁以上老年股骨转子间骨折患者采用外固定支架固定,然后随访观察疗效.结果:外固定支架手术时间20～55min,平均32min,术中均无大量出血.术后24～48 h能坐起,24～72 小时后能扶拐下床活动,骨折均愈合,愈合时间5～10个月,无下肢深静脉栓塞、钉道感染等并发症,优良率96%.结论:外固定支架治疗股骨转子间骨折创伤小、操作简单、固定坚强,能早期功能锻炼,有利于骨折愈合,可降低威胁老年患者生命的并发症,值得推广.

Clinical Effects of External Fixation in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Intertrochanteric Fractures

Objective:To observe the external fixation of intertrochanteric fractures of the clinical effect.Methods:The hospital in January 2009～June 2010 25 cases were treated over 70 years of intertrochanteric fractures treated with external fixation,and then follow-up effects were observed.Results:The surgical fixation time 20 ～ 55min,an average of 32min,no substantial intraoperative bleeding.24 ～ 48 h after surgery can sit up,24 to 72 hours to get out of bed with crutches,fracture healed,the healing time of 5 to 10 months,no deep venous thrombosis,pin tract infection and other complications,excellent rate of 96 %.Conclusion:Fixation of intertrochanteric fractures in trauma,simple,fixed strong,can early exercise is conducive to fracture healing,can reduce life-threatening complications in elderly patients,should be promoted.
