| 摘 要： | 目的 观察综合疗法治疗脑卒中吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法 168例脑卒中吞咽障碍患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各84例，对照组采用常规西药治疗．治疗组在西药治疗基础上加针灸、中药和康复训练，观察两组患者的疗效。结果 治疗组临床总有效率92．03％，对照组总有效率72．62％．两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论结合针灸、中药和康复训练的综合疗法可提高脑卒中吞咽障碍的治疗效果。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo observe the effect of multidisplinary treatments on stroke-induced dysphagia.Methods168 stroke patients with dysphagia were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group with 84 cases in each group. Patients of the control group were received routine medication. Those of the treatment group were added with acupuncture, Chinese herb and rehabilitation training. The therapeutic effects of two groups were compared.ResultsThe total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.03%, that of the control group was 72.62%. There was a significant difference between two groups ( P<0.05).Conclusion Multidisplinary treatments including acupuncture, Chinese medicine and rehabilitation training can improve the therapeutic effect of stroke-induced dysphagia. |
