非综合征型唇腭裂相关环境因素的研究

目的探讨与非综合征型唇腭裂发生相关的一些环境因素。方法对175例非综合征型唇腭裂患儿以及170例正常新生儿双亲进行回顾性问卷调查,收集相关的环境因素进行统计学分析。结果运用χ2检验发现,父亲吸烟、母亲流产史、孕期病史、孕期服药史、被动吸烟、维生素叶酸补给在病例组和对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。Logistic单因素分析显示,在进入方程的11个因素中:父亲吸烟、母亲流产史、孕期病史、孕期服药史、被动吸烟、维生素叶酸补给6个因素有统计学差异(P<0.05)。将这6个因素进行Logistic多因素分析,结果显示这6个因素都与非综合征型唇腭裂的发生具有相关性(P<0.05),是非综合征型唇腭裂发生的危险因素。结论多种环境因素与非综合征型唇腭裂的发生具有相关性。

Study on environmental factors of non-syndromic cleft lip with or without palate

Objective To investigate the association between environmental factors and non-syndromic cleft lip with or without palate(NCL/P).Methods The retrospective investigations were collected from the parents of 175 NCL/P patients and 170 healthy infants,then statistical analysis were carried out.Results The results showed significant differences in father smoking,mother's abortion history,and diseases during pregnancy,taking medicines during pregnancy,passive smoking,vitamin and folic acid supplement between case and control.There were 11 variables entering binary Logistic regression,among them father smoking,mother's abortion history,diseases during pregnancy,taking medicines during pregnancy,passive smoking vitamin and folic acid supplement showed significant differences(P<0.05).Then,these 6 factors were analyzed in multinomial Logistic regression.The results showed all of them were associated with non-syndromic cleft lip with or without palate.Conclusions Many environmental factors are associated with non-syndromic cleft lip with or without palate.
