| 摘 要： | 中风后遗症病机为本虚标实、肝肾不足,气虚血少为其本;痰湿壅盛、风火相煽、气血郁阻为其标。补阳还五汤重用黄芪大补元气,使气旺则血行。电针是在针刺腧穴得气后,在针体上加以接近人体生物电的微量脉冲电流。电针配合中药能缩短疗程,提高疗效,促进肌体功能恢复。
