肝癌患者血液流变学指标的研究

摘    要:目的 :探讨肝癌患者血液流变学指标的改变和肿瘤转移的关系 ,为肝癌及其并发症的预防和治疗提供实验依据。方法 :用BV 1 0 0型血液粘度仪和STA全自动血凝仪对肝癌患者及正常对照者进行血液流变学指标的检测。结果 :肝癌患者全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积、血沉、血沉方程K值、红细胞聚集及刚性指数、纤维蛋白原均显著高于正常对照。结论 :肝癌患者存在血液流变性的变化 ,这些改变可能与肿瘤转移有一定联系。治疗肿瘤时有效降低血粘度 ,可望预防或降低并发症的发生。

Abstract:To sutdy the relationship betwwen the changes of hemo rrheological indexes in patients with liver cancer and tumor metastasis.To apply experimpental basis for the prevention and treatment of liver cancer and compli cations.Method: The parameters of hemorheology were determined in patien ts with liver cancer and normal controls by BV 100 blood viscosity analyzer and STA automatic blood coagulation analyzer.Results: Whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,Hct,ESR,ESR with K value,erythrocyte aggregation index,erythrocyte rigidity index and concentrat ions of fibrinogen in liver cancer patients compared with the normal controls al l increased significantly.Conclusion: The patients with liver cancer have hemorheological abnormal changes that may be related with tumor metastasis.In the course of trea ting the tumor,decreasing the blood viscosity appropriately is hopeful for preve nting or reducing the occurrence of the complicated diseases.
