他莫西芬-十一酸睾酮联合治疗严重少（弱）精子症、分泌型无精子症

目的结合近来的文献报道以及临床材料,探讨生精障碍的药物治疗方案。方法 12例生精阻滞患者中分泌型无精子症4例,严重少（弱）精子症8例。采用他莫西芬-十一酸睾酮联合治疗,时间1～3月。结果治疗前后比较,患者精液体积无统计学差异,精子密度（少精子症）或精子数量（无精子症）具有统计学意义;血清FSH、LHT治疗后水平较治疗前提高,睾酮浓度无统计学差异。LSD-t检验显示,少精子症患者中,治疗后2月精子密度较治疗前明显提高（P=0.018）;a级精子比例在治疗后1月（P=0.01）、治疗后2月（P=0.02）较治疗前明显升高。结论他莫西芬-十一酸睾酮联合应用,能提高精子数量,可以采用他莫西芬-十一酸睾酮联合治疗精子发生障碍。

Efficacy of combined testosterone undecanoate with tamoxifen citratein treatment for spermatogenic arrest
