| 摘 要： | 目的：观察Hawley保持器与透明压膜保持器的临床应用效果。方法：将68例通过上下颌固定正畸矫治结束的病例随机分为Hawley保持器组与透明压膜保持器组,每组34例。所有患者在去除矫治器当天、治疗结束后6个月、治疗结束后12个月分别制取上下颌牙列印模。分别测量上下颌磨牙间宽度、尖牙间宽度、牙弓长度以及Little前牙不齐指数。结果：不同时间点两组间上下颌磨牙宽度、尖牙宽度、牙弓长度以及Little前牙不齐指数变化情况无统计学差异。结论：Hawley保持器与透明压膜保持器具有相同的保持效果,临床上应根据不同患者的不同情况灵活选择适宜的保持器。
