CT三维重建和计算机测量技术在下颌骨畸形整复中的临床应用

目的：测量与下颌骨截骨线相关的的影像学指标，为手术提供解剖学依据。方法：对11例下颌骨畸形整复患者进行CT扫描得到颌面数据，利用计算机辅助设计相关软件重建三维模型，可以清晰地显示下颌骨畸形类型，进行整复前精确的诊断；并在三维模型上测量第一磨牙、第二磨牙至下颌骨下缘的垂直距离，第二磨牙至下颌角点的距离，根据差值标记截骨线，可以实现对下颌骨畸形的精确化修复。结果：利用CT三维重建技术得到的头颅三维模型进行术前设计可以提高手术的准确性，缩短手术时间，术后患者颌面外形均有不同程度改善，达到术前设计的预期效果。结论：CT三维重建与计算机测量技术对下颌骨畸形有重要的临床应用价值。

3-Dimensional reconstruction and computer measurement of the clinical application in repair mandible deformities
