急性脑血管病患者血清肌钙蛋白的变化及其临床意义

目的探讨急性脑血管患者（ACVD）血清肌钙蛋白（cardiac troponin I,cTn-I）的含量变化及临床价值。方法选取我院90例经颅脑CT确症的急性脑血管（ACVD）患者在发病24h内血清肌钙蛋白的含量作为研究组,另选取40例健康体检者为对照组。结果观察不同类型、不同病情程度的急性脑血管患者的cTn-I含量水平发现变化。研究组患者cTn-I、CK-MB的含量水平均低于对照组,且差异显著,P〈0.05,病情越严重,cTn-I的含量越高。结论 cTn-I水平的变化与ACVD患者的患病类型及病情程度有很大关系,医生可以通过对cTn-I等水平的检测,来判断临床ACVD患者的病情及预后。

Clinical Changes and Significant of Serum troponin in Patients with acute cerebrovascular disease

Objective To investigate clinical significance of patients with acute cerebrovascular(ACVD) serum troponin(cardiac troponin I,cTn-I) levels change.Methods In our hospital 90 cases of acute brain CT cerebral vascular disease indeed(ACVD) patients were selected,and in 24 hours the onset of serum troponin levels as a research group,Another 40 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group.Results The effects of different types,different degrees of acute cerebrovascular disease in patients with cTnI levels of variation was found.Study group of patients cTn-I,CK-MB levels were lower than the control group,and there was significant difference(P<0.05),in the meantime cTn-I levels were higher in more serious condition.Conclusion CTn-I levels in patients with ACVD type and severity of the disease has a very large relationship,doctors can test the level of cTn-I to determine the clinical condition and prognosis of patients with ACVD.
