真皮蒂鼻唇沟皮瓣的临床应用研究

目的：改良传统鼻唇沟皮瓣，探讨真皮蒂鼻唇沟皮瓣的临床应用价值。方法：设计以真皮组织作为蒂部的真皮蒂鼻唇沟皮瓣43例，用于修复鼻唇部皮肤软组织小面积缺损。结果：皮瓣全部成活，切口Ⅰ期愈合。随访6～12个月，术后皮瓣色泽、弹性、质地与周围组织接近，瘢痕不明显，修复效果满意。结论：真皮蒂鼻唇沟皮瓣修复鼻唇部缺损具有供区损伤小、恢复快，转移灵活，术后皮下隧道臃肿发生率低，瘢痕不明显等优点，在对鼻唇周围小面积缺损修复中具有广阔的应用前景。

Clinical research of the dermal pedicle nasolabial flap
