原发性高血压患者血浆一氧化氮和红细胞内皮型一氧化氮合酶的改变

摘    要:目的探究原发性高血压患者血清一氧化氮(No)及红细胞内皮型一氧化氮合酶(eNOS)的变化。方法原发性高血压组和对照组各20例,清晨采集静脉血,测定血浆NO及羟自由基含量、虹细胞eNOS活性及蛋白表达。结果与对照组比较,高血压组血浆NO,缸细胞eNOS活性虹细胞eNOS活性及蛋白表达均显著降低(P〈o.05-0.01),血浆羟自由基显著升高(P〈0.01)。结论高血压患者血浆NO减少可能与氧自由基破坏增加以及缸细胞eNOS-NO合成系统受损有关。

Abstract:Objective To explore the Change of plasma nitric oxide and erythrocyte endothelial nitric oxide synthase in patients with essential hypertension.Methods The hypertention group were 20 patients with essential hypertension,and the control group were 20 health people.Blood of elbow vein was collected in morning.Then the plasma nitric oxide (NO) content,hydroxyl radical, activity and amount of erythrocyte eNOS were measured.Results Compared to control group,plasma NO content,activity and amount of erythrocyte eNOS were significantly depressed,and plasma hydroxyl radical content was markly elevated.Conclusion Plasma NO content was depressed in essential hypertension,which may be contributed by increased oxidative stress and depressed erythrocyte eNOS.
