输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术诱发肾周出血的临床分析

目的提高对输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术诱发肾周出血的认识及诊治。方珐对5例输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术后肾周出血的临床资料进行回顾性分析。本组5例，男2例，女3例，平均年龄43岁。术前诊断均为中下段输尿管结石伴中重度肾积水，行输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术，确诊肾周出血时间2～36h。结果4例出现休克表现，均经超声及血常规检查诊断肾周出血。1例行超声引导下血肿穿刺确诊肾周出血。1例行超选择性肾动脉栓塞治疗，2例保守治疗过程中输血，2例分别于术后3个月及6个月行输尿管切开取石术，术中见肾及输尿管周围广泛纤维化粘连。站论输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术诱发的肾周出血是输尿管镜治疗过程中严重的肾脏并发症，应提高认识，早期诊断。

Clinical analysis of perirenal hemorrhage induced by ureteroscope pneumatic lithotripsy
