经胃镜下异物取出术的临床护理配合分析

目的探讨消化道异物经胃镜下取出术的临床配合。方法回顾性分析具有完整临床资料的2009年6月至2010年12月在我院耳鼻喉科住院行胃镜消化道异物取出术的患者46例,对其术中的护理配合措施进行分析。结果经胃镜下异物取出术的临床护理配合,异物取出成功率达95.65%（44/46）,其中2例患者因鱼刺嵌顿与食管中断,行胃镜联合支气管镜取出异物,无并发症发生。结论经胃镜取出消化道异物是一种安全、创伤少、有效、成功率高的治疗手段,严密的术中配合能提高有利于保证手术的效果。

The Clinical Nursing Analysis of Trans-gastroscope Removal of Foreign Body

Objective To discuss the corporation of nurse and operator in the Trans-gastroscope removal of foreign body.Methods This is a retrospective study,we analyse the clinical date of 46 patients who had the Trans-gastroscope removal of foreign body in our hospital from June 2009 to December 2010.Results The success rate of the operation is 95.65%(44/46),2 patients had the Bronchoscopes-Gastroscope removal of foreign body,because fish spine lead to the discontinue of esophagus.Conclusion Trans-gastroscope removal of foreign body is a safe,minimal invasive,effective and high success rate technology,cautious corporation is good for the operation effectiveness.
