CT、MRI影像表现对原发性脑淋巴瘤诊断研究

目的探讨CT，MIni在临床中检查诊断原发性脑淋巴瘤的特点。方法回顾性分析12例经手术病理或临床随访证实为原发性脑淋巴瘸患者为观察组，随机抽取恶性胶质瘤．颅内转移瘤20例作为对照蛆，均行CT~MRI检查诊断。观察肿瘤部位．数目、病灶分布，形态特点，是否存在囊变，坏死等。结果原发性脑淋巴瘤可单发或多发，CT为等密度或稍高密度肿块，T1加权图像为低信号，T2加权图像为等或稍高信号；其影像学特征与对照组差异明显，具有统计学意义。结论脑原发性淋巴瘸的CT、MR!表现具有其特点，分辨其影像学特点有助于对本病作出正确的诊断。

CT,MRI Imaging Performance of Diagnostic Studies of Primary Brain Lymphoma

Objective To evaluate CT,MRI diagnosis in the clinical characteristics of primary brain lymphoma.Methods A retrospective analysis of 12 patients with surgical pathology or clinical follow-up confirmed primary brain lymphoma patients in the observation group,randomly selected malignant glioma,brain metastases in 20 cases as control group,underwent CT and MRI diagnosis.The tumor site,number,lesion distribution,morphological characteristics,the existence of cystic degeneration,necrosis.Results primary brain lymphoma can be single or multiple,CT for the other mass density or higher density,T1-weighted images and low signal,T2-weighted images,etc.,or slightly higher signal;the imaging characteristics and control group differences are significant,with statistical significance.Concluslon Primary lymphoma of the brain CT,MRI performance has its own characteristics,to distinguish their imaging features help to make the correct diagnosis of the disease.
