| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肾损伤的诊断和治疗。方法对2007年1月～2009年12月收治的58例肾损伤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,其中闭合性损伤52例,开放性损伤6例;B超检查58例,CT检查53例。非手术治疗44例,手术治疗14例。结果 B超阳性率95%,CT阳性率100%,本组58例均痊愈出院,无死亡病例。结论 B超检查最便捷,可初步判断肾脏伤情。作为肾损伤尤其是急诊肾损伤患者首选检查。CT检查准确快速,是正确评估肾损伤程度和选择治疗方案的重要依据。治疗主要取决于肾脏伤情。保守治疗是重要的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of renal injury.Methods The clinical data of 58 cases of renal injury treated between Jan.2007 and Dec.2009 were retrospectively analyzed.52 cases were closed injury and 6 were open injury.58 cases received B-ultrasound examination and 53 cases CT scanning.44 cases underwent non-surgical treatment while 14 cases surgical treatment.Results The positive rate of B-ultrasound examination and CT scanning was 95% and 100% respectively.All of the 58 cases recovered ... |
