沈阳市3岁儿童龋病流行病学调查分析

摘    要:目的调查沈阳市3岁儿童龋病流行特点,为沈阳市儿童龋病防治工作提供参考依据。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法抽取沈阳市9区1080名3岁儿童进行检查,发放调查问卷,并进行统计分析。结果问卷回收有效率为84.70%,受检儿童龋病患病率为64.37%,龋均为2.55,龋面均4.89,龋蚀严重度指数为8.27,龋病充填率为4.96%,无龋组受检儿童家长对儿童口腔卫生知晓程度明显高于龋病组家长(P<0.01)。结论沈阳市3岁儿童龋病患病状况严重,应加强对儿童龋病的早期干预。

Abstract:【Objective】 To study the status of caries of 3 year-old children in Shenyang for better prevention and control of the caries.【Methods】A sample of 1080 3 year-old children was drawn for oral health check from 9 districts in Shenyang with a multistage,stratified,equal sized,simple random sampling method.【Resluts】The response rate was 84.70%.The prevalence of caries was 64.37% with a mean dft of 2.55,mean dfs of 4.89,and CSI of 8.27.The total filling rate was 4.96%.Parental knowledge about infant oral health was found to be more lacking in the caries group than the caries-free group(P&lt;0.01).【Conclusion】The status of caries in of 3 year-old children in Shenyang was severe.This result reinforces the importance of early intervention in reducing caries in younger children.
