747例患者下颌第二磨牙C形根管发生的调查分析

目的调查分析大连地区人群下颌第二磨牙C形根管的发生率、性别差异及对称性发生的概率。方法随机抽取从2010年5月-2012年5月在大连市口腔医院就诊患者747例(男性327例,女性420例),通过观察其曲面断层片,研究下颌第二磨牙C形根管的发生率、男女性别差异及对称性发生概率。结果 C形根管系统在下颌第二磨牙中发生率为36.14%,对称性发生的概率为69.81%,在男性下颌第二磨牙中发生率为30.28%,女性为40.70%,性别间差异有统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论大连地区人群下颌第二磨牙C形根管发生率较高,发生率存在性别差异且常对称发生。

Investigation of the C-shaped root canal system in mandibular second molars in 747 patients

[ Objective ] To evaluate the incidence, gender difference and symmetry of the C-shaped root canal systems in mandibular second molars ,in a sample of patients in Dalian. [ Methods ] Based on the diagnosis standards of c-shaped root canal systems by panoramic radiographs,the 747 patients（327 males,420 females）in Stomatology Hospital of Dalian from May 2010 to May 2012 were examined. [ Reslnts ] The prevalence of the c-shaped root canal system was 36.14% ,the incidence of symmetry was 69.81% .The incidence of the c-shaped root canal system in mandibular second molars in male was 30.28% ,in female was 40.70% ,There was significantly difference between females and males（P〈0.005）. [ Conclusion ] There was high prevalence of C-shaped canals in the mandibular second molars of the native people in Dalian,the incidences were different between male and female, and the incidence of symmetry was high.
