CXCR7在涎腺腺样囊性癌中的实验研究

目的研究趋化因子受体7（Chemokine receptor7,CXCR7）在涎腺腺样囊性癌（ACC）中的表达,探讨其与侵袭、转移和预后的关系。方法采用免疫组化方法检测17例正常涎腺组织、47例涎腺多形性腺瘤、41例涎腺腺样囊性癌及其切缘组织切片中CXCR7表达情况,结合临床病例资料,分析CXCR7对ACC侵袭、转移和预后的影响。结果涎腺腺样囊性癌中CXCR7表达率显著高于其他各组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,与神经侵袭、淋巴结转移、远处转移密切相关;Kaplan-Merier曲线显示,CXCR7阳性表达组患者与CXCR7阴性表达组患者术后生存率比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 CXCR7表达与ACC的神经侵袭、淋巴结转移、远处转移有关,有助于预后判断。

Experimental study of CXCR7 in alivary adenoid cystic carcinoma

[ Objective ] To investigate the expression of chemokine receptor 7（CXCR7） in salivary gland adenoid cystic carcinoma（ACC） and its correlation with invasion, metastasis and prognosis. [ Methods ] Immunohistochemical methods are used to detect the expressions of CXCR7 in 17 cases of salivary gland tissue, 47 cases of pleomorphic adenoma, 41 cases of adenoid cystic carcinoma and its peripheral tissue.Combined with clinicopathological factors,analysis of CXCR7 ACC invasion, metastasis and prognosis. [ Resluts ] The expression level of CXCR7 was statistically higher in adenoid cystic carcinoma than in other groups（P 〈 0.05）.There was significant correlation between CXCR7 expression and neurological invasion, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis.Kaplan-Meier analysis and the log-rank test showed that the survival was significantly diferent beween the group of CXCR7 positive expression group and the negative expression group（P 〈 0.05）. [ Conclusion ] Expression of CXCR7 in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma is significantly associated with neural invasion, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis, so can be used as a potential predictive factor for prognosis of salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma.
