| 摘 要： | 目的综述提高脂质体稳定性所用膜修饰化合物的研究进展。方法分别介绍不同化合物在提高脂质体稳定性中的应用。结果多种化合物不同程度地提高了脂质体的稳定性。结论修饰脂质体膜是一种有效提高脂质体稳定性的方法与手段。

| Abstract: | Objective To introduce some compounds modifying the membranes of liposomes to improve liposomal stability.Method To review the recent progress in several compounds embellishing the liposomal films on the basis of related references.Result A few of the compounds increase liposomal stability by adding ingredients to the velum or coating the liposomes.Conclusion The method of modifying liposomal membranes is useful for enhancing its stability. |
