| 摘 要： | 目的：观察利福平胸腔内注入治疗结核性胸腔积液的临床效果。方法：在常规治疗基础上，采用利福平胸腔注入治疗结核性胸腔积液53例，同时与采用异烟肼胸腔注入治疗的对照组54例进行对照。结果：采用利福平胸腔注入的观察组，在胸腔积液消失率、胸水平均消失时间及平均胸腔穿刺次数等方面均明显优于对照组，且其胸膜肥厚粘连及胸腔感染、血气胸等并发症亦均少于对照组。结论：采用利福平胸腔内注入治疗结核性胸腔积液，疗效显著，并发症少，并且无明显副作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effect of intrapleural injection of RFP on tuberculous pleural effusion.Methods:Fifty three patients with tuberculous pleural effusion were treated with regular anti TB therapy plus intrapleural injection of RFP while another 54 patients as control group were given intrapleural injection of INH.Results:The disappearing rate,mean disappearing time of pleural effusion,and mean times of pleuraceutesis were much more satisfied in RFP group than those in control group and complications such as pleural thickening and adhesion,pleural infectoin and hemotapneumothorax ocured much less in patients of observed group than those in controlled group.Conclusion:The treatment effect of RFP intrapleural injection is remarkable in patients with tuberculous effusion and there are few complications and obvious side effects. |
