| 摘 要： | 目的提高对腹膜后纤维化的诊断和治疗水平。方法总结该院1995-07～2006-06收治的腹膜后纤维化患者14例,男10例,女4例,均手术治疗,术前术后加用激素。结果随访6～132个月,术后肾功能均有明显改善或恢复正常,预后良好,仅1例复发。结论对于腹膜后纤维化引起的肾积水,尽早手术解除梗阻,引流尿液是有效的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve and evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of retroperitoeal fibrosis. Methods From July,1995 to June,2006,14 cases(male:10,female:4)of retroperitoneal fibrosis were treated,and they all were suffered from primary fibrosis.Surgical intervention was undertaken in the 14 patients with preoperative and postoperative administration of corticosteroids.Results The patients were followed-up from 6 to 132 months with improved or normal renal function.They had very good results. Only one person relapsed.Conclusion To relieve the obstruction due to hydronephrosis by surgical intervention is very effective in the treatment of retroperitoneal fibrosis. |
