间质瘤的超声诊断价值

目的评价超声诊断间质瘤的临床价值。方法分析经病理证实的28例间质瘤患者的声像图特点。结果28例患者中实性低回声型16例，囊实混合回声型11例，囊性回声型1例。其中血流丰富5例，血流较丰富8例，少许血流8例，未探及血流7例。位于胃肠道21例，胃肠道外7例。结论超声对间质瘤的定位、定性判断以及鉴别诊断有重要的临床应用价值。

The value of ultrasound in diagnosis of interstitialoma

Objective To investigate the clinical application value of ultrasound in diagnosis of interstitialoma. Methods The sonogram features of 28 patients with interstitialoma confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results Internal echo of tumor was divided into three types by ultrasound ： solid hypoecho type, cystic - solid mixed echo type, and cystic echo type. In 28 patients, there were 16 cases of solid hypoecho type, 11 cases of cystic - solid mixed echo type, and 1 case of cystic echo type. 2D ultrasound can help to confirm the source of tumor, and can display the internal echo features and blood signal accurately. Conclusion Ultrasound has important clinical application value in location and differential diagnosis of interstitialoma.
