妇科肿瘤患者凝血功能的相关分析简

目的 探讨妇科肿瘤患者凝血指标及血小板数量的变化.方法 分别采用全自动血细胞分析仪及凝血仪对妇科肿瘤患者的血小板（PLT）数量、以及凝血酶原时间（PT）、活化部分凝血活酶时间（aPTT）、纤维蛋白原（Fbg）、凝血酶时间（TT）和D-二聚体（D-D）予以检测.结果 妇科恶性肿瘤患者的PLT、Fbg、D-D水平与正常健康体检者和子宫肌瘤组相比均增高（P＜0.01）;而aPTT、PT、TT水平与正常健康体检者和子宫肌瘤组相比无显著性差异.卵巢癌患者的血浆D-D水平明显高于其它妇科恶性肿瘤患者（P＜0.01）.子宫肌瘤组患者的上述指标与正常健康体检者之间无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论Fbg、D-D及血小板水平均对妇科恶性肿瘤的实验室检查有重要意义,D-D水平对卵巢癌的实验室检查有提示作用.

The Analysis of Coagulation Function in Patients with Gynecologic Tumor

Objective To investigate the changs of coagulation parameter and the number of platelet in patients with gynecologic tumor. Method Detect the PLT, PT, aPTT, TI＇, D-D and Fbg levels of gyne- cologic tumors by ACL-9000 and L750. Results As compared with normal terms and uterus myoma patients, aPTT, PT and TT were no significanty different while Fbg, D- D and PLT were significantly higher （ P 〈 〈 0.01 ）in gynecologic malignant tumor patients. While the level of D-D in ovarian carcinoma patients were the highest in all of the gynecologic malignant tumor patients（P 〈 0.01 ）. No significant differences were examined between uterus myoma patients and normal terms （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The detection of Fbg, D- D, PLT may play an important role in patients with gynecologic malignant tumor. The detection of D-D may play a spe- cific role in the laboratory diagnosis of ovarian carcinoma patients.
