参附注射液对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及血浆BNP的影响

目的观察参附注射液对慢性心力衰竭（CHF）患者心功能及血浆B型钠尿肽（BNP）的影响。方法将72例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用参附注射液静脉输注,疗程15d。两组治疗前后检测心功能及血浆BNP水平。结果两组治疗后心功能指标均较治疗前明显改善,血浆BNP水平均较治疗前明显下降,但治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论参附注射液可以明显改善心功能,提高疗效;血浆BNP是评价CHF治疗效果的良好指标。

Effect of Shenfu Injection on Cardiac Function and Plasma BNP Level in Chronic Heart Failure

Objective To observe the effect of Shenfu injection on cardiac function and plasma brain natriuretic polypeptide（BNP） level in patients with chronic heart failure（CHF）.Methods Seventy-two patients with CHF were randomly divided into two groups：The control group treated with conventional treatment,and treatment group treated with conventional treatment and Shenfu injection.The cardiac function and plasma BNP were measured before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the cardiac function and the concentration of plasma BNP of the two groups were significantly improved.The degree of improvement in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Shenfu injection could improve cardiac function in patients with CHF.Plasma BNP was a good indicator for the evaluation of the treatment effect in CHF.
