| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨游离腓骨移植联合锚钉重建肱骨近端缺损后肩关节功能的临床疗效.方法:肱骨近端原发恶性骨肿瘤6例,良性骨肿瘤复发1例,肱骨近端切除后采用游离腓骨移植重建肩关节,联合锚钉固定腓骨头、钢板固定腓骨,早期行肩关节功能锻炼(收治时间:3天～1年).结果:术后平均随访1年,7例病人取得良好效果,肱骨与腓骨均骨性愈合,肩关节...

| Abstract: | Objective:To summarize the application of free fibular graft combined with anchor suture to restore shoulder after surgical humeral defection in 7 cases.Method:Bone tumor in proximal humerus: 6 cases were primarily malignant,1was optimum relapse.Free fibular graft combined with anchor suture to restore shoulder after surgical excision of proximal humerus,shoulder joint functional exercise at earlier period(Onste 3d~1y).Result:The postoperative average follow-up time was 1 year.7cases were all gained good effect.Humerus and fibula were well healing.Except superduct,the function of shoulder joint was in normal range.No complication as prolapse、cinch、break occurred.Conclusion:It is an effective method that free fibular graft combined with anchor suture to restore shoulder.It could take functional exercise at earlier period without braking shoulder joint. |
