舒血通络胶囊对动脉粥样硬化大鼠AngⅡ、NO表达及血液相关指标的影响

目的研究舒血通络胶囊对动脉粥样硬化（AS）大鼠血脂、腹主动脉壁血管紧张素Ⅱ（AngⅡ）、致炎症细胞的比例、一氧化氮（NO）影响。方法采用维生素D3连续灌胃3d,标准饲料喂养9周,造成AS模型。观察舒血通络胶囊对AS大鼠血脂、腹主动脉壁AngⅡ致炎症细胞的比例、血清中NO含量的影响。结果舒血通络胶囊可以显著降低AS大鼠血清总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）;模型组大鼠腹主动脉壁中AngⅡ致炎症性细胞的比例较空白组、方药组明显升高（P〈0.05）;方药组大鼠血清中NO含量较空白组、模型组明显升高（P〈0.05）。结论舒血通络胶囊抗AS的作用机制可能是通过抑制AS大鼠血管壁AngⅡ的生成、升高血清中NO的含量来实现的。

Effect of Shuxue Tongluo Capsule on Expression of Angiotensin II , Nitric Oxide and Blood - related Index in Rats with Atherosclerosis

Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of Shuxue Tongluo capsule（STC） on angiotensin II （Ang II ）,nitric oxide （NO） and blood - related index in rats with atherosclerosis（AS）. Methods AS model was established by gastric lavage with vitamin D3 for 3 clays and feeding with standard feeds for 9 weeks. The levels of AngII ,NO and blood- related index of rats with atherosclerosis were observed. Results The levels of TC,TG,and LDL- C were reduced in STC group （P〈0.05）. The Ang II of rats in model control group was higher obviously than that in blank control group and STC group. The NO levels in STC group was higher than that in blank control group and model control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion STC can reduce blood lipid of rats with atheroselerosis,and inhabit the production of Ang II ,enhance the NO level of rats with AS.
