激光联合泡沫硬化剂在下肢浅静脉曲张的临床应用价值

目的：探讨腔内激光闭合术联合聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂曲张静脉注射治疗下肢静脉浅曲张的疗效。方法：下肢静脉浅曲张病例60例85肢,全部在硬膜外麻醉下行高位结扎大隐静脉主干及其属支,激光闭合大隐静脉主干;泡沫硬化剂栓塞曲张浅静脉团块。结果：随访3-12个月,所有患肢曲张静脉消失,均恢复正常生活和工作,无复发。结论：腔内激光闭合术结合聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂曲张静脉注射治疗单纯性下肢浅静脉曲张效果确切,微创伤,恢复快,达到美腿效果。

Clinical Application Value of Laser Combined with Sclerosing Foam Treatment for Varicose Vein

Objective ：To explore the effectiveness of endovenous laser Closure combined with varicose vein injection of lauromacrogol Sclerosing foam treatment for varicose vein . Methods ：60 patients with varicose vein （85legs）were treated with endovenous laser combined with high ligation and varicose vein injection of lauromacrogol Sclerosing foam in the epi- dural anesthesia. ResultsDuring the follow-up period of 3 ~ 12 months, All patients with varicose vein disspeared, were restored to normal life and work, no recurrence. Conclusion：The endovenous laser Closure combined with varicose vein injection of lauromacrogol Sclerosing foam and ligation of perforating veins treatment of lower limb venous ulcer can a- chieve effect of precise, minimally invasive, quick recovery and cosmetic effect of leg.
