国有和民营医院品牌经营战略现状分析

摘    要:分析了国有和民营医院品牌经营的现状,提出国有和民营医院实施品牌战略的模式。国有医院要注重四大要素:即专业化竞争力、市场应变和创新能力、公信力、职工的人文素质。民营医院则要发挥自身优势、连锁经营、拓宽融资渠道、争取公平的竞争环境。

Abstract:The status of hospital brand strategy of public hospital and private hospital was analyzed and the hospital brand strategy model was presented. Four key factors of public hospital brand building were professional competition, marketing strain and innovation, trust and culture. Private hospital was considered to chain business, financing and fair competition environment.
