摘    要:目的:探讨氯化钠溶液对再矿化牙本质中氟含量的影响。方法:制备20个离体人牙脱矿牙本质片。分成实验组和对照组,实验组用0.5mmol/L氯化钠溶液浸泡12h,对照组用去离子水浸泡12h。两组均用含氟矿化液(CaCl21.5mmol/L、Na3PO40.9mmol/L、NaF体积分数10-5、PH值为7.0)进行再矿化。通过X-荧光光谱仪检测再矿化后两组牙本质片氟含量的变化。结果:实验组与对照组比较氟重量百分比增多。结论:0.5mol/L氟化钠溶液可以提高含氟矿化液矿化牙本质后氟的含量。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the influence of NaCl solution on remineralization of demineralized dentin in weight percentage fluorine. Methods: Twenty human root dentin sections were demineralized in an acidic gel(PH=4.0) for 48 hours. Divided them into experimental group and control group. Ten sections were immersed in 0.5mol/L NaCl solution as experimental group, the other ten sections were immersed in deionized water as control group. All sections were subjected to remineralization treatment. Weight percentage of fluorine were compared to X-ray fluorescence analyzer. Results: Weight percentage of fluorine were increased in experimental group compared with control group. Conclusion: Weight percentage of fluorine of remineralization containing fluorine of demineralized dentin were enhanced by 0.5mol/l NaCl solution treatment.
