| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨支气管动脉栓塞术(bronchial arterial embolization,BAE)在肺部大咯血中的临床应用价值。方法:所有病例均采用明胶海绵颗粒、聚乙烯醇和不锈钢圈行BAE进行止血,术后随访1个月至3年。结果:21例大咯血患者行BAE治疗均获满意效果,其中即刻达到止血效果者16例,5例出血量较术前明显减少;术后随访2例再次发生大咯血。结论:BAE治疗大咯血安全、有效,具有重要临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the bronchial arterial embolization(BAE)in treatment of massive hemoptysis.Methods:Twenty-one cases of massive hemoptysis received embolization therapy using gelfoam and polyvinyl alcohol micropheres,and all were followed up for one month to three years.Results:The therapy reached satisfactory results in all the 21 patients.Instant effects were observed in 16 patients and 5 patients had a decreased bleeding compared with pre-therapy.Recurrent hemoptysis was observed in only 2 cases in ... |
