| 摘 要： | 目的：观察再生障碍性贫血患者血液抗氧化能力的变化。方法：比较再生障碍性贫血患者同正常人血液中超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）活性、丙二醛（MDA）含量和血液中总抗氧化能力。结果：患者血液中SOD和总抗氧化能力明显降低，而MDA含量则显著升高。结论：再生障碍性贫血患者血液抗氧化能力下降。

| Abstract: | Obiective To observe the changes of ability of against oxide in blood of patients with aplastic anemia. Methods The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), the content of malonyl dialdehyde (MDA)and the general ability of against oxide (GAAO) in blood of patients with aplastic anemia had been compared to that of normal persons. Results In patients, the SOD activity and GAAO were signiticantly decreased, but MDA content was distinctly increased. Conclusion The decrease of ability of against oxide in blood of patients with aplastic anemia. |
