摘    要:目的:探讨外科手术对血管内皮细胞的影响。方法:健康大24只,麻醉后进行学生外科实验手术操作,手术前和手术后分别抽血测循环内皮细胞(CEC),一氧化氮(NO),内皮素(ET)。CEC用Percotl密度梯度离心法分离测定,NO用紫外分光度计测定,ET用放射免疫法测定。结果:术前各实验犬的NO、ET、CEC无明显变化,手术后NO含量明显降低,ET含量明显升高(P<0.05),CEC数量明显增多(P<0.05),形态明显改变,出现有核细胞。结论:手术或创伤可导致内皮细胞功能紊乱,并引起内皮细胞结构损伤。

Abstract:Objective TO Study the influence of surgical operation on the endothelial cells.Methods Experimental operations were performed on 24 normal dogs under the anaesthesia. Plasma endothelin (ET), nitric oxide (NO) and circulating endothelial cells (CEC) were measured before and after operetion. Result Before operation, NO, ET and CEC were in the same level in all three groups. After operation, NO decreased and ET increased (P< 0. 05), while the number of CEC increased and their structure was obviously damaged. Conclusion Surgical operation or trauma may cauae the dysfunction of vascular endothelial cells and then injure their structure.
