^153Sm—EDTMP对恶性肿瘤骨转移患者疼痛治疗的临床应用

目的 探讨＾１５３Ｓｍ－乙二胺四甲基膦酸（ＥＤＴＭＰ）在恶性肿瘤骨转移患者疼痛治疗中的作用。方法 对伴有剧烈疼痛的５６例多发性骨转移瘤患者，采用中国原子能科学研究院同位素所生产的＾１５３Ｓｍ－ＥＤＴＭＰ，按３７￣５５ＭＢｑ／Ｋｇ一次性静脉注射给药治疗。结果 ５６例患者中，最早在注药后２ｄ开始疼痛减轻或消失，一般为３￣１３ｄ，止痛维持时间最长１年，一般１￣４个月。能完全消失（显效）者占４４．６％（２

CLINICAL APPLICATION OF ~(153)Sm-EDTMP IN THE TREATMENT OF PAIN CAUSED BY MALIGNANT METASTATIC TUMOR OF BONE

Objective To explore the effect of 153 Sm-EDTMP on Pain caused by malignant metastatic tumor of bone.Methods 153 Sm-EDTMP produced by the Isotope Research Institute of Atomic Energy Science Academy of China was intravenously injected to treat 56 patients with multiple metastatic tumor of bone complicated by severe pain with a dose of 37-55 MBq/kg once for all.Results The earliest relief of removal of pain occurred 2 days after the injection.For most cases,the relief or removal of pain started 3-13 days after the injections and the effect lasted 1-4 months.The effective period may even lasted a year in some extreme cases.Patients with complete loss of pain accounted for 44% of the whole group,those with notable loss of pain 42.9% and those without any effects 12.5%.The total effective rate was 87.5%.Conclusion 153 Sm-EDTMP can not only produce good curative effect on severe pain caused by malignant metastatic tumor of bone but also inhibit metastasis.
