华蟾素注射液的镇痛作用及其机制研究

摘    要:目的 探讨华蟾素注射液射的镇痛作用及其机制。方法 采用热板法和机械压力法测定SD大鼠后爪反应潜伏期(HWL)作为痛闫指标,观察腹腔注射(IP)华蟾素的镇痛作用和钠洛酮对华蟾素增加的HWL的影响。结果 热板法:IP1.0mlx华蟾素大鼠双侧HWL明显增加(P〈0.001),IP0.5ml华蟾素大鼠右侧HWL明显增加(P〈0.05),而左侧HWL无明显差异(P〉0.05)。机械压力法;IP1.0ml华

Abstract:Objective To investigate the analgesic effect of Cinobufacini injectio and its mechanism.Methods The hindpaw withdrawal latency (HWL) of SD rats on the hot-plate and the Randall Selitto test were uesd to measure the pain threshold norm,and the analgesic effect of Cinobufacini injection by intraperitoneal injection and the effect of naloxone on increased HWL were observed.Results hot-plate test:There was significant increases in bilateral HWL in the group IP 1.0 ml of cinobufacini (P<0.001). In the groups received 0.5 ml of cinobufacini, there was significant increase in right HWL (P<0.05), but there was no significant increase in left HWL(P>0.05) compared with the control group. The Randall Selitto Test:In the group received 1.0 ml of cinobufacini there was significant increases in right HWL ( P<0.05),but there was no significant increase in left HWL (P>0.05).There were no significant increase in bilateral HWL IP 0.5 ml of cinobufacini ( P>0.05) compared with the control group. The analgesic effect of cinobufacini could be obviously antagonized by IP 0.2 mg of naloxone (P<0.001).Conclusion The results suggest that the cinobufacini could enhance the analgesic effect in rats, and that both cinobufacini and opioid exist a specific synergistical interaction in the transmission of presumed nociceptive information in nervous system.
