摘    要:目的:探讨氨基酸类神经递质含量变化与癫痫发作的关系。方法:用马桑内酯致痫大鼠。经大鼠第四脑室抽取脑脊液,用HPLC荧光法测定氨基酸类神经递质(谷氨酸、门冬氨酸、甘氨酸和γ-氨基丁酸)的含量。结果:致痫组脑脊液中谷氨酸含量较对照组有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:谷氨酸是一种主要的兴奋性神经递质,是诱发癫痫发作的重要因素之一。

Abstract:Objective To study the relation between epyleptic seizure and the changes of amino aicd neurotransmitter level in cerebrospinal fluid of artificial epilepsy rats. Methods The artificial epileptic seizure of rats was caused by injection of coriaria lactone into ventriculus lateralis cerebri. Cerebrospinal fluid was drawn via ventriculus quartus cerebri after injection for zh. The content of amino acid neurotransmitters in cerebrospinal fluid was measured by HPLC fluorescence detection. Results The glutamate (Glu)content in cerebro-spinal fluid of the epilepsy group was markedly different compared with the control group (P<0. 05 ). Conclusion Glu is a principal excitatory amino aicd neurotransmistter, which is one of important factors that produce epileptic seizure.
