笑气吸入用于分娩镇痛的临床观察

目的 探讨笑气吸入用于分娩镇痛的效果和对母婴的影响。方法 将270例产妇随机分为吸入组和对照组。对照组除不给笑气吸入外，其它产科处理措施与吸入组相同。观察比较两组的产痛程度、产程时间、新生儿Apgar评分、产后出血率和产后出血量等。结果 吸入组的阵痛强度评分明显低于对照组(P＜0．01)，吸入组的活跃期和总产程时间短于对照组(P＜0．05)。两组间新生儿Apgar评分、产后出血率和产后出血量无差异。结论 笑气吸入用于分娩镇痛可使疼痛减轻，产程时间短，对母儿均无不良影响，是一种理想的分娩镇痛方法，值得产科推广使用。

Clinical study on analgesic effect of inhaling laughing gas in labor pains

Objective To study the efficiency of inhaling laughing gas in labor pain relief and its effects on mothers and fetus. Methods 270 primiparas were randomly divided into the inhaling group and the control group.The control group was given the same treatments as that in the inhaling group but inhaling laughing gas.The degree of labor pains,delivery process,Apgar scores,the rate and volume of postpartum hemorrhage were compared between the two groups.Results The score of labor pains in the inhaling group was significantly lower than that in the control one(P<0.01).The duration of active phase and total delivery process in the inhaling group was significantly shorter than that in the control one(P<0.05).There was no difference in Apgar scores,the rate and volume of postpartum hemorrhage between the two groups.Conclusions Analgesic labor with inhaling laughing gas produces a short delivery process and shows no side effects on both mother and fetus,which is effective and worthy of popularizing in obstetrics.
