玻璃纤维桩结合牙本质肩领修复上前牙缺损的临床研究

目的:研究纤维桩结合牙本质肩领修复上前牙缺损的临床效果。方法:选择92例130颗牙体严重缺损的上前牙,至少保留2 mm牙本质肩领,使用纤维桩树脂核,后以全瓷冠对患牙进行修复。患者在6、12、18、24个月复诊,观察修复效果。结果:在所有患牙中有2颗因桩冠松动脱落,1颗因咬硬物致纤维桩断裂修复失败,成功率97.69%。结论:纤维桩结合牙本质肩领修复前牙缺损为临床可行修复方法。

The clinical research of the effectiveness of fiber post and ferrule in restoring the upper anterior teeth

Objective To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of fiber post and ferrule in restoring the upper anterior teeth.Methods 130 upper anterior teeth with defect from 92 patients were collected.The teeth were restored with fiber post and at least 2 mm ferrule,and then full ceramic crown.At 6,12,18 and 24 months,the patients were recalled for clinical effectiveness.Results In all the teeth,only 2 fell off because of the mobility of crown.1 failed because of the crack of fiber post when chewing hard food.The success rate was 97.69%.Conclusion The restoration of fiber post and ferrule in upper anterior teeth is an effective method.
