护理安全量化管理模式在护理管理中的应用效果评价

目的为了不断提高护理质量,探讨护理安全量化管理模式在护理管理中的应用效果。方法抽取在该院妇产科、儿科两个科室2011年9月—2012年3月住院期间的患者和在妇产科、儿科工作的63名护士作为研究对象,根据该院的具体情况,制定护理安全量化评分标准的评价表,评价患者安全,比较实施护理安全量化管理模式前后护理质量和护士考核的变化情况。结果实施护理安全量化管理模式前后护士考核优秀率、护士健康知识普及率、病房管理、护理操作、护理文件书写合格率、不良事件发生率、患者满意度,经比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论实施护理安全量化管理模式对于提高护士水平、有效及早发现患者安全隐患,保障患者安全、提高护理质量有重要的临床意义。

Effect of Responsibility Based Integrated Nursing in Quality Care Ward

Objective in order to constantly improve the quality of nursing, discusses nursing safety management model in quantitative of nursing management application effect. Methods in our hospital from obstetrics and gynaecology, pediatric two department in September 2011 to March 2012,240 patients in hospital and in gynecology and obstetrics, pediatric work＇s 63 nurses as the research object, according to the specific situation of our hospital, formulate nursing safety quantitative grading assessment form first, safety evaluation of patients, compared the safety quantitative management model implementation of care and the quality of nursing and nurses the changes of the assessment. Results the safety management model implementation of care and quantitative evaluation excellence rate, the nurse nurse health knowledge, and hospital management, nursing popularization operation, nursing documents writing pass rate, adverse events, patient satisfaction rates significantly, P〈0.05. Conclusion implement nursing safety quantitative management mode to improve the level of early detection and effective nurse patient safety issues, and ensuring patients security, improve the quality of nursing have important clinical significance.
