团体辅导对医学生归因方式及学业成就的影响

摘    要:目的探讨团体辅导对医学生归因方式及学业成就的影响。方法采用多维度-多向归因量表,对新乡医学院2008级学生进行问卷调查,并采取自愿报名与面谈方式筛选32名学生组成活动小组,进行4周共8次团体心理辅导活动,对活动效果进行研究。结果学业成败归因方式在努力、运气和内归因3个因子上辅导后和辅导后3个月得分与辅导前比较差别具有统计学意义(P<0.01);人际关系归因方式上在努力和内归因2个因子上辅导后和辅导后3个月得分与辅导前比较差别具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。100.00%的学员认为参加团体活动,对学习态度、学习策略的改变和应用有帮助;91.11%的学员认为活动对自己有非常大或较大帮助。从活动内容的实用性来看:86.67%的学员认为学到了很多或较多的有利于提高学习能力的知识和技能;93.33%的学员认为活动方式新颖,非常有助于学员的自我探索和互相了解;100.00%的学员认为活动方式有助于自己与他人分享情感和经验,希望有更多这样的活动。结论团体心理辅导对提高医学生的学习能力和学业成就有较好效果。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of group counseling on the attribution style and academic achievement of medical students. Methods The questionnaire inquire was taken with multidimensional-multidirectional attribution scale among students admitted to Xinxiang Medical College in 2008 grade. Through voluntary register and interview,32 students were selected to participate in group counseling for 8 times within 4 weeks,and the efficacy of this activity was analyzed. Results There were significant diferences between just after and 3 months after group counseling in endeavor,opportunity and intra-attribution style of the attribution styles of successful school work( P < 0. 01). There were significant differences before and 3 months after group counseling in endeavor and intra-attribution style of the attribution styles of interpersonal relation( P < 0. 01). About the results,all participants took the poInt that this activity was good for changing and application of studying attitude and studying strategy,and about 91. 11% of participants held that this activity was very helpful for themselves. About the practicability,86. 67% of par-ticipants thought they had learned more knowledge and skill to improve their studying ability,and 93. 33% of participants thought this activity was very innovative and very helpful for self-exploration and self-understanding,and all participants thought this ac-tivity was good for themselves to share affection and experience with others and hoped to have more chances to participate this kind of activity. Conclusion Group counseling is good for improving learning ability and academic achievement of medical students.
