摘    要:目的探讨改良吸氧面罩在气管镜检查中清除痰液及职业防护的效果。方法将328例患者按检查顺序编号,逢单数入试验组,逢双数入对照组,两组各164例。试验组采用改良吸氧面罩接吸痰管吸引痰液,对照组采用传统方法用纸巾擦拭痰液,比较两组清除痰液的效果及护士职业防护的情况。结果试验组患者清除痰液、血液及灌洗液等有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);试验组护士职业防护有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论改良吸氧面罩接吸痰管在气管镜检查中能有效清除痰液,并且在职业防护上有明显的效果,值得推广。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of applying improved mask for oxygen-inhalation in tracheoscopy in the sputum clearance and occupational prevention. Methods 328 patients were registered and equally assigned into experimental group with odd number and control group with even number. In the experimental group, the improved mask for oxygen-inhalation was connected for sputum suction and in the control group the routine method was used to clean sputum using tissues. The effect of clearing sputum and nurse's occupational prevention were compared between the two groups. Results The clearance rate of sputum, blood and infu- sion fluid in the experimental group was larger than that in the control group (P〈0.05). The effectiveness rate of nurse's occupational prevention was larger than that in the control as well (P〈0.01). Conclusion The improved mask for oxygen-inhalation is effective to clear sputum when used during tracheoscopy and so it is with nurse's occupational prevention. Therefore, it is worth popularizing.
