复方木尼孜其颗粒中甘草酸铵HPLC含量测定方法研究

摘    要:建立复方木尼孜其颗粒中甘草铵的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,Agilent TC-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.2 mol.L-1醋酸铵溶液-冰醋酸(63∶36∶1),流速:1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长252nm。结果甘草铵在1.025~10.25μg.mL-1范围内具有良好线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.0%,RSD为0.52%。结论本法灵敏、准确、重现性好、精密度高、专属性强,可用于复方木尼孜其颗粒中甘草铵的含量测定和质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To establish a determination method of ammonium glycyrrhetate in Compound Muniziqi Granules. Methods Agilcnt TC - C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm,5μm ) was used with methanol - 0.2 mol · L- 1 ammonium acetate - acetic acid (63: 36:1 ) as mobile phase ;The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1 and the detection wavelength was 252 nm. Results Ammonium glycyrrhetate showed a good linear relationship in the range 1. 025 - 10.25 g · mL- 1 ( r = 0. 999 9 ), and the average recovery was 99% ,RSD was 0.52%. Conclusion The method was sensitive, accurate, reproducible,and had high precision and strong specificity,can be used for the determination and quality control of ammonium glycyrrhetate in Compound Muniziqi Granules.
